How do I schedule an appointment?
The best way to schedule an appointment is to call our office at (561) 736-3888 between 9:00 am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday. One of our medical staff will be pleased to help you. You can also request an appointment through our website. One of our medical staff will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your appointment using this method.
How do I handle billing and insurance claims from your office?
Dr. Koo’s Office accepts Medicare assignment and participates in most PPO and insurance plans. We file the claims directly with your insurance. However, patients will be responsible for the co-payment at the time of your visit, and payment for services not covered by your insurance is expected at the time services are performed. Who do I contact in the event of a medical emergency?
Our medical staff is available by phone for emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need to reach your physician, please call (561) 736-3888 and our medical staff will ensure that a physician responds to your call as soon as possible. If you have an immediate medical emergency, dial 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.
